Eric Steiner started his riding career over 50 years ago in Paris, France. After being introduced to the sport of polo, Eric was hooked and never looked back. Eric and his family moved to the heart of hunt country in the late 90's, and emerged themselves in the local community sport culture. Over the years, Eric partook in a majority of what Virginia's countryside offers such as fox hunting, eventing, and polo. Two of his four daughters join him in this sport and are avid equestrians. Eric currently lives in Paris, France and plays at Foxlease Polo Club in the summer months.
Foxlease Farm is kept beautiful and upkept because of these 2 guys! They work all day and all night to keep our property as perfect as possible and we couldn't thank them enough. From helping with the horses, to managing the facilities, they can do it all!
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!
Michelle has been part of the Foxlease family for over 17 years! We couldn't do it without her. Michelle is the property manager, the bookkeeper, and much more!
Originally from Argentina, Enrique has worked in polo his entire life. Before working at Foxlease, Enrique worked for renowned polo teams like the Heguys and Lechuza Carazas in Argentina. He has also worked in Colombia, Florida and has been in Virginia with us for 16 years! We are very lucky to have Enrique as part of our team as he brings great knowledge and expertise about horse care and horsemanship. At Foxlease, we pride ourselves in providing expert horse care and we couldn't do it without him.
